Lounge is a good size with stunning views towards the Cairngorms, BT/TV point and storage heater. The kitchen is accessed from the lounge and has a good range of base and wall storage, electric cooker space, fridge/freezer space and a pantry style storage cupboard.

Also on site there is a tenants lounge and laundry which works using a rota system. There is a coordinator on-site 5 mornings per week.
