The Association has always had a programme of upgrades and maintenance we carefully budget for and plan throughout each financial year.

Castlehill’s planned 2025 maintenance programme continues with work on new windows and doors at Cromar Court, Tomnabatt Court and Stevenson Court. These triple glazed units will go a long way towards improving energy efficiency especially when we are all concerned with the cost of living.
Castlehill’s policy of replacing kitchens and bathrooms continues but we do this on a stock condition basis, which means it depends on the condition of the existing kitchen and bathrooms.
