Storm Advice
Tenants will be aware that there are weather warnings in place for the weekend and our office will be closed Friday because of them.

Storm Eowyn is expected to reach the region from Friday afternoon and we would expect there to be some issues caused by the strength of the wind.
Travel is likely to be disrupted and there may be issues with power and phone lines. The Association has a useful Advice Sheet for Power Outages which may be worth reading or downloading and steps have been taken within our Independent Living and Very Sheltered Housing schemes for access to emergency equipment.
We advise tenants to keep up to date with local radio and TV. Local organisations are usually very quick to provide emergency help in these situations. Out of hours arrangements will apply as usual over the weekend.
