Amenity Housing offers active older people an alternative to Independent Living Schemes.

Properties are self-contained flats or cottages designed to meet the requirements of people over 55 or with a medical or physical disability.

Accommodation may feature useful additions like grab rails, level access showers, lower baths and high-level electric sockets. Properties will have easy access and flatted properties will be no higher than two floors or have a lift.
