Established in 2011 Castlehill Solutions is a non-registered, non-charitable subsidiary organisation of Castlehill Housing Association Ltd.

Castlehill Solutions Ltd offers 28 properties for rent at a mid-market rent (below current private rent, but above those available in social housing).  These properties are unfurnished but equipped with white goods, carpets and curtains or blinds.

Mid-market rents are aimed to provide affordable housing for those who would have no priority in the social housing bracket but could not afford to rent or buy in the private sector.

To rent one of our mid-market rental properties:

  • Applicants are aged 16 years and above.
  • Applicants must be employed or have a formal offer of employment.
  • Applicants must have a minimum household income of £20,000 per annum. There is no defined upper limit for individuals or joint applicants   
  • Castlehill Solutions Ltd will not discriminate against an applicant due to the source of their total annual income.
