Early Intervention & Prevention
We can offer a free Early Intervention Survey to our new and existing clients. This involves assessing your home for potential hazards and offering advice and assistance on the following:
- Fire Safety
- Trips & hazards
- Electrical & Gas Safety
- Safety and Security
- Benefits check & Advice
- Short Term/Long Term housing & Support Needs
- Local Support Services
- Minor or Major adaptations
- Referrals to any appropriate organisations
- Identify any useful aids and equipment
- Affordable Warmth
Our Charitable Fund (SCO15306) will in some cases supply any useful small aids or equipment free of charge for those who have agreed to an early intervention assessment.
