Finance, Audit and Risk Sub Committee
All Committee meetings will take place in the meeting room at Castlehill offices at 11 Waverley Place unless otherwise indicated. With video conferencing facilities in place, Committee members also have the option of attending meetings online.
The remit of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee is to assist the Association to exercise sound financial management, and to meet its responsibilities for governance by ensuring a robust risk management process and a strong internal control environment are in operation. They are also responsible for internal and external audit functions. This committee meets four times a year and the dates for 2024 are:

18 May 2026 – 3 pm
17 August 2026 – 3 pm
23 November 2026 – 3 pm
