Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 gives you the right to access specific types of information held by us relating to 'housing services' (as defined in section 165 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010).  We must produce and maintain a publication scheme detailing all the key information that we publish and how it can be accessed.  We have adopted the Model Publication Scheme produced and approved by the Scottish Information Commissioner.   The scheme sets out our commitment to make certain classes of information routinely available, such as policies and procedures, minutes of meetings, annual reports and financial information.  This Guide to Information is our publication scheme.  It contains links to where information can be accessed online.

Environmental Information

The Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 provide rights for individuals to access a range of environmental information held by organisations who are designated public authorities under the regulations.  Our Guide to Information also contains details of the environmental information that we routinely make available.
