Allocation is based on those who have expressed an interest in the property, with priority given to the household which makes the best use of it and has the highest level of housing need. Operated in the North East jointly by Castlehill, Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association and Hillcrest Homes, These Homes will advertise all available properties on its website for these landlords every two weeks.

If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness, please also contact your local authority directly for advice and assistance. For applicants in Aberdeen City Aberdeenshire and Moray, this can be done by applying with Aberdeen City Council; Aberdeenshire Council or Moray Council.

Castlehill Solutions – offers 28 properties for rent at a mid-market rent. They are unfurnished but equipped with white goods, carpets and curtains or blinds.
Our mid-market rents are aimed to provide affordable housing for those who would have no priority in the social housing bracket but could not afford to rent or buy in the private sector.
