Castlehill Solutions Ltd offers 28 mid-market rental homes—priced below typical private rents but above social housing levels. All properties are unfurnished, but come with white goods, carpets, and curtains or blinds.

Our mid-market homes are designed for people who don’t qualify for social housing but find private renting or buying out of reach.

Who can apply?

• Applicants must be 16 or over
• Employed, or holding a formal job offer
• A minimum household income of £20,000 (no upper limit for single or joint applicants)
• We do not discriminate based on the source of income
