Repairs

It is very important to report repairs as soon as possible to prevent further damage to your home. The fastest way to do this is to use the Report Repairs facility on My Home, send an email to repair@castlehillha.co.uk or call repairs team on 01224 625822.

In an out of hours emergency please call 01224 625822 and follow the information provided.

General Repairs

Non-emergency repairs can be reported via My Home, or you can call the team Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm on 01224 625822 (option 2) or directly to the department on 01224 628104. 

Please note that emergency repairs mean serious faults which could cause a  risk to health or damage to the house, e.g. burst pipes or no power.

Emergency Repair

For an emergency repair during office hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm please call the Property Services department on 01224 628104 or 01224 625822 (option 2).

At all other times please contact our out of hours contractor Camwater Ltd on 01651 872929.

Gas Heating Repairs

If you have a gas heating problem, please contact Heatcare Oil & Gas Ltd on 01343 842042.

If You Smell Gas

  1. Put out all cigarettes
  2. Not use any naked flames, matches or use any electrical light switch or socket
  3. Open doors and windows to get rid of the gas
  4. Turn off the gas supply at the meter
  5. Report the leak to Scottish Gas Networks on Freephone 0800 111 999

(Independent Living/Very Sheltered) Report to your Scheme co-ordinator as soon as possible
