Castlehill tenants are encouraged to register for My Home our tenant portal. Using the portal is the easiest way to manage their tenancy, giving the ability to pay rent, report repairs and keep tenancy documents up to date, as well as registering household and contact detail changes, accessing documents which are linked to your account. It also means you can contact our Housing and Property departments without having to call the office.

Registering for the portal is simple, you will put in your name, date of birth, postcode and email address and tenancy number, once complete you will only need a name and password to access.  There is also a useful feature which allows a nominated person to help you manage your tenancy.
