The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) requires that all housing associations in Scotland must produce and maintain a publication scheme. This must detail all of the key information that we publish and how you can access it. This Guide to Information is our publication scheme and contains links to where you can find all of the information listed online.

This Policy applies to the management of all documents and records, in all formats, created or received by CHA. This Policy applies to all staff, Management Committee Members, contractors, consultants and third parties who are given access to CHA documents and records and information processing facilities.

Our Annual Return on the Charter 2024-25 full report to the Scottish Housing Regulator.

We publish our reports annually. Doing this keeps us legally compliant with the housing regulator and provides tenants and prospective tenants with a wide range of information in a clear way. Annually we are required to report to the Scottish Housing Regulator on how we are measuring against the fourteen outcomes of the Scottish Social Housing Charter that we are supposed to meet.
